I was tasked with redesigning the Office of Women’s Health “Guide to Breastfeeding” for my rural hospital’s patient base. Keeping in mind the demographics and patient population, the hospital wanted to present the information with the hospital’s visual branding to tap into local trust. I also designed an entirely Spanish version translation provided by the hospital.
This large-scaled project involved improving content and illustrations to create an easier reading experience. All decisions were optimized toward readers who would probably be parents, folks from a lower socioeconomic demographic, and/or people with lower medical literacy.
